You are invited to print it from the website, fill it out, and send it to Ida Wang, our Registration Chair (her address is on the form). If you have any questions, please contact Galen L. Goss at 703-978-7981 or at gossg@erols.com.

This one form covers all of the convention activities, tours, and scheduled meals. It is not for your hotel reservation. See the Hotel page on this website.

Please note the Registration vs. Late Registration date.

A couple of notes about the two meals associated with the convention.

Friday Luncheon: You have a choice from two entrées. The hotel describes each as follows: (1) Cobb Salad – grilled breast of chicken on a bed of bibb, red oak, frisee, and radicchio lettuce with hard cooked eggs, tomato wedges, sliced avocado, and julienne red onions. (2) Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad – grilled breast of chicken served with romaine lettuce hearts, herb croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese tossed with Caesar dressing. Each entrée includes rolls and butter; dessert; and coffee, decaffeinated coffee, or tea.

Saturday Banquet: You have a choice from three entrées. The hotel describes each as follows: (1) Chicken Marsala – Breast of chicken with wild mushrooms, sautéed in Marsala wine with chef’s selection of accompaniments. (2) Barbecued Glazed Salmon with Yukon mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. (3) Vegetarian Strudel – Zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, carrots, and peppers wrapped with phyllo with roasted red pepper coulis. Each entrée includes a salad; chef’s selection of accompaniments; rolls and butter; coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and tea; and dessert.

The tours are described on another page of this website.

As you complete your registration form, please provide us with all of the information requested at the top of the form concerning the name(s) for your badges, chapter affiliation, and NCS official data. Also, your phone and fax numbers and e-mail address will help us communicate with you, if needed, prior to the convention and show.
