large commercial firms that produce cuttings, potted plants and cut flowers for
garden centers and florists.
Slide Set #11 - ARRANGEMENTS
FEATURING MUMS. Assembled and organized by Vera Bayles, Past Pres. of NCS
and chairman of the Committee on Flower Arrangements. Mrs. Bayles said of this
set, "Flower arrangements, like fashions, change with the passing of
time." For that reason, she has recently updated the entire program and
commentary to include the newer trends in flower arranging. In this program,
chrysanthemum arrangements of different types are shown: conventional, which
covers the line; massed line and mass; and modem, covering abstractions,
stabiles, and freeform. A show that every chapter should see.
