It's easy to form a new chapter of the National Chrysanthemum Society. All it takes is 5 memberships. A membership is one or two individuals residing at the same address, each with all the privileges of membership but paying only one membership dues amount and receiving only one copy of The Chrysanthemum.

All that's necessary is to submit a simple set of bylaws, payment of the dues of the 5 memberships,
completion of a petition for a certificate of organization, a small application fee and approval by the NCS board of directors. And we'd like you to use the word "chrysanthemum" in the name of your new chapter. That's it!
